Abstract

The article proposes an approach to differentiating strategic directions of innovative development of digital ecosystems based on the combination of architectural maturity and stages of innovation renewal. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the transition from an integrated diagnosis of a digital ecosystem to the selection of targeted development directions. The methodological framework combines an assessment of the architectural maturity of shared digital interaction mechanisms, an analysis of innovation implementation stages across ecosystem services, and interpretation within the four-contour U-I-F-N framework. The approach is applied to the digital ecosystems of Yandex and Sber for 2021-2025. The results demonstrate that similar aggregate indicators may correspond to different combinations of architectural maturity and innovation implementation stages and therefore require different strategic responses. A decision sequence is proposed that links a diagnostic signal, verification of the relevant constraint, selection of a strategic direction, an intervention instrument, and a result criterion. The scientific contribution consists in linking structural characteristics of digital ecosystems with differentiated strategic choices for their innovative development.
