This article is the final one in a series of publications on the problems of insufficient funding for healthcare in Russia and the search for additional sources of funding. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the allocated resources are insufficient, as the growth rate of funds is lower than the inflation rate. In addition, there are a number of problems in the healthcare system that have accumulated over the years and have recently emerged, such as the deterioration of the healthcare facilities in the regions, the increase in the minimum wage, which requires additional financial investments, inflationary processes, and parallel imports due to sanctions restrictions (which also affect the level of government spending). Based on the results of the analysis, publications on improving healthcare financing were studied in open sources, and a set of author's recommendations in this area was developed.
