The article discusses the issues and possible ways to develop an information and control infrastructure based on the discourse of sustainable development using the principles of GRI and sustainable management to ensure managerial decision-making that meets these concepts of sustainability and balance. Special attention is paid to the specific management decision-making process of a group of economic entities participating in the value chain based on a partnership. The key problems, barriers and factors of ensuring a control and IT environment for the implementation of partner projects and the implementation of joint management and production processes in accordance with the principles of sustainable development are formulated. A model is proposed for the formation of an information and control infrastructure for managerial decision-making based on a case study of the association of small businesses of an intersectoral complex (using the example of CBP, logistics.
