Kamyshinsky Experimental Plant of the Volgograd region is a supplier of oil and gas equipment for the discharge /filling of oil and petroleum products in various modes of transport. The goal set for the plant is the high-quality production of oil loading equipment. The guarantee of high-quality and safe equipment will be the accreditation of the plant according to the relevant standards, including certification for compliance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001. To obtain an ISO 9001 certificate of conformity, the plant needs to create its own quality management system in accordance with the principles of the process approach. At the same time, it is necessary to strive not so much to obtain a quality certificate, as to introduce and improve the quality of management at the plant.
This article is devoted to the issue of the ISO 9001 quality standard as one of the conditions for the plant to reach the international level. To do this, a number of sequential actions were considered, namely, the main stages of the implementation of a quality management system with clearly formulated tasks were highlighted.
