The purpose of the study is to determine the directions of increasing the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Based on this goal, the authors set the following tasks: to study the theoretical foundations of managing the economic efficiency of the enterprise and to suggest possible ways to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Due to the lack of a unified approach to assessing the economic efficiency of an enterprise, the authors propose to create a methodology that includes an analysis of the main and additional performance indicators. As one of the directions of increasing economic efficiency for an industrial enterprise, it is proposed to introduce a management algorithm that reduces the risk of losses caused by coronavirus infection. The results of the study can be used by industrial enterprises in the management of economic efficiency
