ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FOOD SECURITY PROCESSES IN RUSSIA

Abstract

To understand the processes taking place in the agro-industrial industry, based on trends identified on the basis of retrospective system-functional analysis, an assessment of the level of ensuring food security at the current stage of agricultural development on the scale of the Russian Federation and the main agro-industrial region - the Krasnodar Territory was carried out. To increase the relevance and uniqueness of the study, the author's indicative model for assessing the level of food macro and mesosecurity was used to consider selected and mathematically based indicators. This made it possible to obtain an increase in scientific knowledge regarding the conclusions on the conditions for the functioning and sustainable development of business entities and participants in the agricultural market in the context of sanctions pressure and an improved import substitution policy at the federal and regional levels. One of the ways to solve the strengthening of the safe functioning of the industry in practice is a targeted state policy, primarily in the context of regions. Its strengthening will be represented by a process consisting of a number of interrelated and expanded impacts, in which each stage contains certain formalizing components.
