APPLICATION OF THE AGILE METHODOLOGY IN THE PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The concept of Industry 4.0 involves active automatization and digitalization of businesses. The introduction of various methods and approaches within the framework of this concept involves the use of industry-specific features, which leads to difficulties in adapting various cases at industrial enterprises with unchanged business processes. Agile methodology can be an effective way to increase labor productivity in machine-building enterprises in both administrative and production departments. Agile management uses many methods and frameworks to regulate and optimize production, R&D, supply, logistics and training departments. Agile implementation in process management involves the necessity to adapt several standard BPM concepts and tools and transferring them into a digital environment in accordance with strategic goals. Such changes cause the necessity of active HR policy, as Agile implies the change of responsibilities, goal-setting, control over work results, organization of equal teams, etc. The need for active training and requalification in order to improve productivity requires development of systematic measures for adaptation to the change in the management paradigm.
