HEALTH PRESERVATION OF THE POPULATION OF TERRITORIAL EDUCATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN

Abstract

The work is devoted to the stage-by-stage assessment of the level of health preservation of the population of sub-regional formations of various stages. The article notes an increase in attention to the problem of health preservation, due to both modern imperatives of health care, and the transition to a new paradigm of its development - personalized medicine. Using the methods of collecting and systematizing data, as well as their subsequent grouping and convolution into an integral indicator for assessing the level of health preservation, the parameters of the development of health preservation processes of the population were concretized from the standpoint of assessing the results of the implementation of the declared as a priority direction for saving the population and increasing its life expectancy. Based on the example of the municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, which were accepted as objects of research, it is shown that the stage affiliation of territorial entities is the most important factor in the level and dynamics of health preservation processes. This position is confirmed by the falling level of this indicator, which is steadily manifested in different years of the analyzed period, along the downtrend of stadial development. Recommendations are formulated on the need for a specified approach when managing the processes of health preservation of the population of municipalities by taking into account their belonging to different periods (stages, phases) of the life cycle of territories.
