The article discusses the methodological aspects of implementing the mechanism of adaptive innovation management of an industrial enterprise based on the formation of a system of partnerships using the example of the construction materials industry in the Voronezh region. The features of the functioning of the building materials industry are determined, as well as the conditions for organizing a system of business cooperation. The features of building business partnerships are considered as a condition for adaptive innovation management of an industrial enterprise operating in conditions of non-linear innovative transformations.
