INNOVATIVE ASPECTS OF "LEAN MANUFACTURING" IN RUSSIA

Abstract

Today, the innovative way of development is an alternative not only for the Russian Federation, but also for all other countries of the world. If twenty-five to thirty years ago, the cost structure of the most successful large firms was formed due to the volume of fixed assets, which accounted for up to 70 percent and only 30 percent for intellectual resources, today the situation has changed diametrically. It is innovative products and technologies with a high share of added value that allow both goods and firms themselves to increase their competitiveness both in local and global markets. But does this mean that the position of saving on costs and reducing the cost of production has outlived itself altogether? Of course not, innovative approaches can fully manifest themselves in both large and small. And the Eastern management system has brilliantly proved this by the example of the "lean production" model. To what extent can this approach be useful to the domestic economy and what are the adaptive parameters of its implementation? Get an answer to these questions (at least partially) the author of the article sets himself the task of monitoring threats and opportunities on the basis of the Kaluga enterprise JSC "Autoelectronics". The study uses systematic, complex, situational and process approaches. The time lag of the proposed positive changes is focused on the medium term.
