Рассматриваются ключевые аспекты развития финансовых инвестиций в России, а также методы оценки их эффективности в условиях изменчивой макроэкономической среды. Приведён анализ структуры финансовых активов населения и инвестиционных потоков по состоянию на 2024-2025 годы. Особое внимание уделено сравнению доходности и рисков основных инструментов – депозитов, облигаций, акций, фондов и недвижимости. Рассмотрены основные методы оценки эффективности инвестиций: NPV, IRR, ROI, EVA, срок окупаемости. Выявлены тенденции роста вовлечённости частных инвесторов и усиления роли фондового рынка. Сделаны выводы о необходимости диверсификации портфеля и внедрения системных подходов к анализу инвестиционных решений
The article discusses key aspects of the development of financial investments in Russia, as well as methods for assessing their effectiveness in a volatile macroeconomic environment. The analysis of the structure of financial assets of the population and investment flows as of 2024-2025 is presented. Special attention is paid to comparing the profitability and risks of the main instruments – deposits, bonds, stocks, funds and real estate. The main methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investments are considered: NPV, IRR, ROI, EVA, payback period. The trends of increasing the involvement of private investors and strengthening the role of the stock market are revealed. Conclusions are drawn about the need to diversify the portfolio and introduce systematic approaches to the analysis of investment decisions.
