В статье сделан акцент на важность этапа диагностики проблемы в процессе принятия управленческого решения. Необходимость всестороннего глубокого изучения проблемы предполагает проведение системного анализа как самой проблемы, определение наиболее результативных методов с целью её идентификации, так и оценку, прогнозирование изменения окружающей среды. С этой целью в работе представлены группы методов, которые комплексно подходят к решению управленческой ситуации. Более подробно рассмотрена природа и сущность каждой группы, а также выделены наиболее распространенные в практике методы в каждой из них. В заключении делается вывод о необходимости использования совокупности методов, что позволяет тщательно разобраться в самой проблеме, идентифицировать все факторы, влияющие на эффективность принимаемого управленческого решения. The article focuses on the importance of the diagnostic stage of the problem in the process of making a managerial decision. The need for a comprehensive in-depth study of the problem involves conducting a systematic analysis of both the problem itself, determining the most effective methods to identify it, and assessing and predicting environmental changes. To this end, the paper presents groups of methods that comprehensively approach the management situation. The nature and essence of each group are considered in more detail, and the most common methods in practice in each of them are highlighted. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to use a set of methods, which allows you to thoroughly understand the problem itself, identify all the factors affecting the effectiveness of the management decision.
