В статье представлен анализ воздействия на экономику Российской Федерации, в том числе на промышленный сектор, экономических санкций. Определен состав источников стратегического развития предприятий реального сектора экономики на современном этапе. Выявлен комплекс факторов, влияющих в условиях санкционного давления на деятельность, осуществляемую предприятиями различных отраслях промышленности. Применительно к источникам стратегического развития охарактеризована специфика их использования в условиях повышенного динамизма внешней среды. Вопросы, связанные с определением возможностей для роста промышленности в условиях санкционного давления, актуализируются в силу увеличения напряженности в международных отношениях. В условиях, когда внешние угрозы увеличиваются, необходимо консолидировать управленческие усилия субъектов, относящихся ко всем уровням – от уровня отдельных предприятий до федерального уровня. Подобная консолидация должна обеспечить решение национальной стратегической задачи в виде перехода к несырьевой модели развития. Проведенный анализ позволил определить, что в существующей экономической ситуации для того, чтобы промышленные предприятия могли успешно развиваться, требуется вносить изменения в стратегические программы, планы, оптимизируя реализацию имеющихся у предприятий экономических возможностей. Стратегия должна предполагать необходимость отслеживания состояния каждого из процессов, связанных с производством, инвестициями, финансами, социально-экономическими вопросами, налоговыми выплатами. При этом следует применять многофакторные математические модели. При написании и анализе материала применялся сравнительный и сопоставительный методы исследования, а рассмотрение темы исследования было проведено на основе анализа источников и публикаций, освещающих основные концептуальные основы развития экономики ПК.
The article presents an analysis of the impact of economic sanctions on the economy of the Russian Federation, including the industrial sector. The composition of the sources of strategic development of enterprises of the real sector of the economy at the present stage is determined. The complex of factors influencing the activities carried out by enterprises of various industries under the conditions of sanctions pressure has been identified. In relation to the sources of strategic development, the specificity of their use in conditions of increased dynamism of the external environment is characterized.Issues related to the identification of opportunities for industrial growth in the face of sanctions pressure are being actualized due to the increase in tension in international relations. In conditions when external threats are increasing, it is necessary to consolidate the management efforts of entities belonging to all levels – from the level of individual enterprises to the federal one. Such consolidation should ensure the solution of the national strategic task in the form of a transition to a non-resource development model. The analysis made it possible to determine that in the current economic situation, in order for industrial enterprises to develop successfully, it is necessary to make changes to strategic programs, plans, optimizing the implementation of the economic opportunities available to enterprises. The strategy should assume the need to monitor the status of each of the processes related to production, investment, finance, socio-economic issues, tax payments. At the same time, multifactorial mathematical models should be used. When writing and analyzing the material, comparative and comparative research methods were used, and the consideration of the research topic was carried out on the basis of an analysis of sources and publications covering the basic conceptual foundations of the development of the PC economy.
