Уже многие годы развивается концепция «устойчивого развития», определенная еще в шестидесятые годы прошлого столетия Генеральной Ассамблее ООН, однако до сих пор в научных исследованиях ведутся дискуссии о принципах, методах, об управлении процессом устойчивого развития отдельной страны, отдельного региона, предприятия. Устойчивым развитием предприятия можно и нужно управлять, т.е. необходим комплекс управленческих действий целевого назначения – достижения и сохранения устойчивого развития. В статье дифференцированы понятия «устойчивое развитие» и «устойчивость» (понятие часто встречается в научной литературе); первое трактуется как свойство, второе как признак, что определило соответствующие принципы управления устойчивым развитием. Управление устойчивым развитием предприятия должно осуществляться на основе определенных принципов. Проведенный анализ принципов управления устойчивым развитием позволил выявить две группы принципов: общие (классические принципы управления) и специфические (присущие именно устойчивому развитию). Предложен авторский набор принципов управления устойчивым развитием предприятия, включающий общие принципы (Целевая ориентация, Системность, Комплексность, Научная обоснованность, Моделируемость, Релевантность, Многовариантоность, Сопоставимость, Измеримость, Цифровизация, Инновационность; последние два как принципы управления устойчивым развитием предприятия заявлены впервые, и специфические (характеризующие экологическое, социальное и экономическое развитие). Рассмотрена конкретизация реализации принципов управления устойчивым развитием предприятия, предполагающая обзор возможных мероприятий и видов деятельности по реализации процесса управления устойчивым развитием предприятия.
For many years, the concept of "sustainable development" has been developing, which was defined back in the sixties of the last century by the UN General Assembly, but there are still discussions in scientific research about the principles, methods of managing the process of sustainable development and a separate country, a separate region, an enterprise. The sustainable development of an enterprise can and should be managed, i.e. a set of targeted management actions is needed - to achieve and maintain sustainable development. The article differentiates the concepts of "sustainable development" and "sustainability" (the concept is often found in the scientific literature); the first is interpreted as a property, the second as a feature, which determined the relevant principles of sustainable development management. The management of the sustainable development of an enterprise should be carried out based on certain principles. The analysis of the principles of sustainable development management, sustainable development made it possible to identify two groups of principles: general (classical principles of management) and specific (inherent precisely in sustainable development). An author's set of principles for managing sustainable development of an enterprise, including general principles Validity, Simulation, Relevance, Multivariance, Comparability, Measurability Digitalization, Innovativeness; the last two as the principles of managing sustainable development of an enterprise are stated for the first time) and specific (characterizing environmental, social and economic development). The concretization of the implementation of the principles of managing the sustainable development of an enterprise is considered, which implies an overview of possible measures and activities for the implementation of the process of managing the sustainable development of an enterprise.
