В статье рассмотрен вопрос успешного функционирования строительного предприятия в современных условиях нестабильной экономики. Установлено, что последняя характеризуется снижением ВВП на 3,2% и падением промышленного производства на 2% во временных рамках январь-февраль 2023 г. относительно соответствующих месяцев 2022 г., двузначными отметками годовой инфляции. В связи с этим актуализируется необходимость управления инвестиционной привлекательностью предприятия строительной отрасли. Cформулированы методологические основы формирования механизма управления инвестиционной привлекательностью предприятия строительной отрасли в части: ключевых принципов, показателей контроля для проведения диагностики неблагоприятных явлений и финансовых изменений; функций механизма. Искомый механизм представляет эффективный действенный путь развития, который призван решить актуальные проблемы, обусловленные экономической нестабильностью.
The article considers the issue of the successful functioning of a construction company in the current conditions of an unstable economy. It has been established that the latter is characterized by a decrease in GDP by 3.2% and a drop in industrial production by 2% in the time frame of January-February 2023 relative to the corresponding months of 2022, double-digit annual inflation levels. In this regard, the need to manage the investment attractiveness of an enterprise in the construction industry is actualized. To ensure this, the methodological foundations for the formation of a mechanism for managing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise in the construction industry are formulated in terms of: key principles, control indicators for diagnosing adverse events and financial changes; mechanism functions. The desired mechanism is an effective and efficient way of development, which is designed to solve urgent problems caused by economic instability.
