В статье приведены оценка и анализ функционирования машиностроительной отрасли промышленности Донецкой Народной Республики (ДНР) в период экономических ограничений. Целью исследования является выявление существующих проблем в отрасли с целью определения оптимальных направлений развития отрасли и предложения конкретных решений по достижению общей цели экономического развития ДНР. Для разработки таких направлений необходимо проводить оценку существующего уровня экономического состояния отраслей промышленности ДНР на основе ситуационного анализа, который предусматривает выявление внутренних и внешних факторов, непосредственно влияющих на экономическое развитие ДНР. Последовательное рассмотрение данных факторов позволяет дать структурированное описание экономической ситуации в ДНР и выбрать оптимальную для территории стратегию действий в условиях принципиального дефицита статистической информации в связи с учетом фактора информационной безопасности. Выявлены проблемы машиностроительной отрасли, ассоциированные с другими смежными взаимосвязанными промышленными отраслями, производствами, предприятиями. Определены имеющиеся, ресурсы, потенциал и перспективные направления развития машиностроительной промышленности. Выделены отрасли промышленности, которые имеют возможность применения новых технологий: энергетика, машиностроение, металлургия, химическая отрасль, агропромышленный комплекс, военно-промышленный комплекс.
The article provides an assessment and analysis of the functioning of the machine-building industry of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) during the period of economic restrictions. The geopolitical factor to a certain extent limits the possibilities of the current economy and its growth. The geo-economic factor does not contribute to the implementation of the policy of restoration and development of Donbass. This means that during the period of the special economic operation (SVO), the economy of Donbass will function, taking into account the risks of uncertainty in development prospects, and will be forced to eliminate real and calculate potential economic threats for their timely leveling. His problems of the machine-building industry associated with other related interconnected industrial sectors, industries, and enterprises are identified. The available, resources, potential and promising directions for the development of the machine-building industry are determined. The branches of industry that have the possibility of applying new technologies are singled out: energy, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, chemical industry, agro-industrial complex, military-industrial complex. It is noted that the main strategic directions of the economic development of the new subject of the Russian Federation - the DPR should take into account the existing special economic conditions in the restoration, formation and development of productive forces, technical and economic relations, property relations, etc. To develop such directions, it is necessary to assess the existing level of economic condition DPR on the basis of a situational analysis, which provides for the identification of internal and external factors that directly affect the socio-economic development of the DPR. A consistent consideration of these factors makes it possible to give a structured description of the economic situation in the DPR and to choose the optimal strategy for the territory in the face of a fundamental lack of statistical information (taking into account the information security factor).
