Рассматривается влияние цифровой трансформации сельского хозяйства на уровень социально-экономического развития сельских территорий и обратное влияние уровня владения населения цифровыми компетенциями на инновационное развитие аграрного производства. Представлены показатели уровня использования основных видов цифровых технологий по отраслям растениеводства и животноводства. Выделена проблема неравномерного развития инновационных технологий по разным регионам и районам. На материалах Удмуртской Республики с помощью корреляционного анализа проведена оценка влияния инновационного развития сельского хозяйства на уровень жизни в сельской местности. Обоснована необходимость учета объективных природно-экономических условий развития субъектов хозяйствования при оценке эффективности цифровой трансформации. Предложены рекомендации по выравниванию условий инновационного развития для регионов страны, как основы повышения уровня жизни сельских жителей.

The influence of the digital transformation of agriculture on the level of socio-economic development of rural areas and the inverse influence of the level of ownership of digital competencies by the population on the innovative development of agricultural production is considered. The indicators of the level of use of the main types of digital technologies in the fields of crop production and animal husbandry are presented. The problem of uneven development of innovative technologies in different regions and districts is highlighted. Using the materials of the Udmurt Republic, correlation analysis was used to assess the impact of innovative agricultural development on the standard of living in rural areas. The necessity of taking into account the objective natural and economic conditions of the development of business entities in assessing the effectiveness of digital transformation is substantiated. Recommendations on leveling the conditions of innovative development for the regions of the country as the basis for improving the standard of living of rural residents are proposed.
