В статье рассмотрены проблемы управления экономикой приграничного региона. Приводится общая модель выбора методов подобного управления. Исследованы виды и методы моделирования принятия решений в области управления экономикой региона. Авторами рассматривается система моделирования управления экономикой приграничных регионов, при которой возможно производить продукцию тремя различными технологическими способами, отличающимися по эффективности. Рассматривается свойство транзитивности. Сходным по значению является и свойство полноты, выполнение которого можно рассматривать как предпосылку обоснованности выбора при управлении экономикой приграничного региона. Авторами указывается, что построение функции выбора на основе заданного критерия выбора (или многих критериев) предполагает некоторый «взгляд изнутри» той системы, выбор которой моделируется.
The article deals with the problems of managing the economy of the border region. The modeling of the choice of solutions in the management of the economy of the border region is considered. The article presents a general model for choosing the management of the economy of the border region. The authors assume that when managing the economy of border regions, it is important to produce products using three different technological methods (types of equipment) that differ in efficiency. The article considers the transitivity property. It is described in detail that it is commonly interpreted as an attribute of rationality, the reasonableness of the choice of economic management in the border region. The study found that the experiments conducted by scientists show that real preferences sometimes show non-transitivity, but these observations do not refute the validity of the assumption of transitivity of rational choice in managing the economy of the border region. The article notes that the completeness property is also similar in meaning, the fulfillment of which can be considered as a prerequisite for the validity of the choice in managing the economy of the border region. The authors indicate that the construction of the choice function in the management of the economy of the border region on the basis of a given selection criterion (or many criteria) involves some "inside view" of the system whose choice is being modeled.
