Развитие конкурентных отношений между предприятиями внутри отрасли ставят перед менеджментом организации задачи связные с повышением эффективности управления. Одним из таких подходов является сравнительный анализ ведущих предприятий отдельной отрасли и формирование, на основе ключевых показателей, так называемой «эталонной организации». В представленной статье на основании предыдущих исследований авторов, проведено, на основе общедоступной информации, ранжирование предприятий химической отрасли и сформировано для нее «эталонное предприятие». Представлены выводы позволяющие понять, насколько эффективно управление на предприятии на относительно финансовых показателей ведущих предприятий отрасли.
The development of competitive relations between enterprises within the industry poses tasks for the management of the organization related to improving management efficiency. One of these approaches is a comparative analysis of the leading enterprises in a particular industry and the formation, on the basis of key indicators, of the so-called "reference organization". In the presented article, on the basis of previous studies of the authors, a ranking of enterprises in the chemical industry was carried out on the basis of publicly available information and a “reference enterprise” was formed for it. The conclusions are presented to understand how effective the management of the enterprise is in relation to the financial performance of the leading enterprises in the industry.
